Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for supporting our band and grabbing some merch! We want you to love what you order, but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.

  • Exclusions: We can’t accept returns on items that are custom, limited edition, digital downloads, or gift cards unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at headwreckband@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving it.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service so your return doesn’t get lost in transit.

How to Start a Return
